Role Description:

• Develop and implement packaging systems in the Food and Dairy Industry
• Project manage engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion within budget and on schedule
• Ensure system designs comply with clean design, CIP requirements, customer specifications, company standards and industry regulations
• Prepare project estimates and customer proposal documents
• Participate and lead client presentations
• Communicate proficiently with clients and engineering team on critical project data
• Assist with field audits, commissioning and system installation as required
• Typical travel expectations ~25%

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Food Science Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Food and Dairy Packaging Engineering
• Organized and structured approach to executing tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem solving and Analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, plan and delegate
• Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
• Customer and Quality focused
