How it started

Founder Jody Zepnick had an idea.

He wanted to create a business that would not only serve a growing niche — manufacturing automation — but would also be place people want to work for.

We have grown to more than 50 employees at Zepnick Solutions since we began more than 20 years ago. We have expanded our headquarters in Green Bay and in 2020 we opened an office in Ohio. More offices and more solution providers are on the way. Meanwhile, we travel to where our clients need us to ensure our engineering and automation solutions exceed our customers’ expectations.
